MOSCOW, January 11 - RAPSI. A court has registered an application filed by a transport company for the bankruptcy of a Siberian grid, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com).
The application hearing date has yet to be scheduled.
The court sided with SibirEnergoAvtoTrans in its lawsuit to recover about 10 million rubles ($310,000) in debt from the Siberian Interregional Distribution Network Company in December.
The Siberian Interregional Distribution Network Company is engaged in network power transmission across Russia and services an area of 1.856 million square kilometers.
