ST. PETERSBURG, February 2 - RAPSI. The court has affirmed lower-court decisions canceling the antimonopoly watchdog's resolution that Aeroflot breached antitrust law by increasing the ticket prices of some of its flights, the Supreme Commercial Court reports on Thursday on its website.
The service decided in December 2010 that Aeroflot abused its dominant position and set unreasonably high ticket prices for Kaliningrad-Moscow and Moscow- Kaliningrad flights on May 22, 2010.
The court dismissed the Federal Antimonopoly Service's resolution in June and the watchdog later appealed the judgment.
Founded in February 1923, Aeroflot is the leading airline in Russia. Its hub is the Sheremetyevo airport in Moscow.
