MOSCOW, February 10 - RAPSI. A commercial court has accepted a lawsuit filed by a Siberian grid company to recover $155 in damages from the Krasnoyarsk region's finance ministry.
The court has yet to schedule the preliminary hearing date.
The Krasnoyarsk Territory Commercial Court also reported that the The Siberian Interregional Distribution Network Company seeks compensation for the losses caused by the territorial Finance Ministry's order to establish a single power transmission tariff for 2011.
The Siberian Interregional Distribution Network Company, a IDGC Holding's subsidiary, transmits and distributes electrical power servicing an area of 1.856 million square kilometers.
