MOSCOW, February 15 - RAPSI. A commercial court has confirmed the decision to recover $3,333 from the Aerofuels Group, the watchdog's press service reports on Wednesday.
According to the agency, the anti-monopoly case was initiated upon Gazpromneft-Aero's appeal. The case demonstrated that the group committed a number of violations, such as creating barriers for Gazpromneft-Aero's execution of air kerosene supplies to Ulyanovsk airports.
Aerofuels Group is one of Russia's largest airport fuel complex operators. It owns a network of 15 fuel complexes and provides fuel to aircraft at 26 airports. It also provides fueling services to over 1,000 airports worldwide.
Gazpromneft-Aero is a Gazprom Neft subsidiary.
