MOSCOW, February 15 - RAPSI. A commercial postponed until April 9 the hearing of Gazprombank's lawsuit against the Vyborg Shipyard on the recovery of $123.99 million.

Gazprombank seeks to recover from the defendant debt under an August 5 credit contract, including $123.99 million in primary debt.

Earlier, the defendant requested the court to postpone the case, as the parties are holding talks on its peaceful settlement.

The court dismissed Gazprombank's appeal to arrest plant funds on the bank's accounts.

Gazprombank was established in 1990. It is the parent bank of the group of the same name, which combines banking, petrochemical and media assets. The bank has 43 branches and five subsidiary and dependent banks. It has a stake in three foreign banks.

Vyborg Shipyard, founded in 1948, is one of the largest shipbuilding companies in Russia. Since 1996, it has been a private enterprise. Its focus today is building drilling platforms to develop shelf deposits and platform support vessels.
