ST. PETERSBURG, March 13 - RAPSI.The Komi Republic Commercial Court has registered two lawsuits filed by IDGC of the North-West and Komi Energosbytovaya Kompaniya against the recovery of debts on the transfer of electricity worth $5.9 million, the Supreme Commercial Court's website reported.
The dates of the hearings into the lawsuits amounting to 132.67 million rubles ($4.49 million) and 41.73 million rubles ($1.41million) will be set after IDGC eliminates the violations of the Arbitration Procedure Code made while submitting the lawsuits. This should be done before March 26.
IDGC of the North-West unites the regional distribution grid companies of northwestern Russia. Its network comprises air and cable transmission lines with a total area of over 169,000 km, more than 1,100 high-voltage substations and over 35,000 transformer substations.
Komi Energosbytovaya Kompaniya is part of the Retail division managed by Integrated Energy Systems and is a guaranteed electricity supplier in the republic. The companys database comprises more than 10,400 legal entities and about 429,000 residential users.
