MOSCOW, June 7 - RAPSI. Magistrates court has postponed until June 21 its hearing of an administrative case against Eduard Limonov, renowed writer and a leader of outlawed National Bolshevik party, charged with violating regulations on organizing and holding rallies.
"The session has been rescheduled for June 21, as the judge is on vacation. We are hoping the case will be judged according to the old legislation, Limonov told RAPSI in the court.
Roughly 120 Strategy-31 oppositionist supporters were detained on Triumphal Square in Moscow on May 31. Most of them were placed on record as having breached Administrative Code provisions on the organization and holding of rallies, meetings, processions or pickets and non-obedience to the police.
