MOSCOW, June 18 - RAPSI. The Livenskaya confectionary has appealed the court’s refusal to annul the Yubileinoye trademark's registration for the Kraft Foods company.

The Ninth Commercial Court of Appeals will hear the appeal on July 12.

In September 2011, the patent agency ruled against the confectionary’s complaint about the trademark registration for the Bolshevik company, in which Kraft Foods owns a controlling stake.

The Moscow Commercial Court upheld the patent agency's conclusion in April.

Kraft Foods Inc. is one of the largest packaged food producers in the world. It sells goods to 155 countries and operates over 180 production enterprises.
