MOSCOW, June 22 - RAPSI. Magomed Eldiyev, placed on the international wanted list after a street fight in downtown Moscow, previously worked as a bailiff, the Investigative Committee reports.
In a brawl between two groups of young people on June 5, one was injured by a traumatic gun and two were stabbed with a knife. Dikham Rizvanov, 22, was arrested on suspicion of involvement in the crime. A case has been opened against him and his accomplice on charges of the attempted murder of football fan Alexey Usachyov. Eldiyev is said to have held the victim by his arms while Rizvanov stabbed him. Eldiyev has been charged in absentia.
“It has been established that Eldiyev worked in a district bailiff department and was responsible for order in the courtroom and the security of judges and participants in the trials. A traumatic gun was found after searching his dormitory room,” says the report.
The court ordered to place him in custody in absentia.
