MOSCOW, July 30 - RAPSI. The Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District - Yugra Commercial Court has upheld Rusenergoresurs' lawsuit to recover $37.39 million from Tyumenenergo, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency.

The court has ordered the payout of 1.02 billion rubles ($31.78 million) on charges of unjust enrichment as well as interest to the value of 179.6 million rubles ($5.59 million).

RAPSI has yet to obtain comments from the parties involved.

Rusenergoresurs supplies electricity to consumers located in 47 Russian regions.
