MOSCOW, August 3 - RAPSI. Around 40 terrorist and extremist acts were registered in Moscow in the first six months of 2012, Moscow Prosecutor Sergei Kudeneyev said on Friday.
"In the first six months of 2012, some 39 terrorist and extremist crimes were registered in Moscow. Twenty three cases regarding 38 individuals were submitted to the courts," says Kudeneyev.
He reported that prosecutors have revealed that since the start of the year there had been a 29% increase in violations of laws on federal security, interethnic relations and combating terrorism.
