MOSCOW, August 8 - RAPSI. The Moscow City Court has closed the case against two former Interior Ministry employees accused of illegally wiring phone lines, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com) on Wednesday.
The ruling was passed, as the statute of limitations has expired.
