MOSCOW, September 19 - RAPSI. Russia's Supreme Commercial Court will be ready to publish online copies of claims being filed with the court in early 2013, the court's chairman Anton Ivanov said.
"In two to three months we will have the necessary technology to publish transcripts of lawsuits in progress. I do not see any problems here, except we need to test the technical side of the system," Ivanov told journalists.
He said that there have not been any serious protests voiced against the initiative.
Outsourced companies will scan the documents, while the judge will authorize their publication online.
Ivanov is also in favor of posting audio recordings of hearings online. This would make the courts' work easier, he believes.
In addition, the Supreme Court chairman has said that it would be a good idea to allow parties to present the courts with a draft ruling.
