MOSCOW, November 12 - RAPSI. The Moscow Prosecutor's Office have asked the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) to close access to the VKontakte social network page of Dmitry Vinogradov, who shot six people dead last week, the office reported on Monday.
"In response to the order of the Prosecutor General's Office, the Moscow Prosecutor's Office has requested the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media to restrict access to Dmitry Vinogradov's Internet page," the message reads.
Last Wednesday, Vinogradov, fresh from a five-day drinking binge, opened fire from two semi-automatic shotguns on his colleagues while they were sitting at their desks. Five died during the attack, while a sixth died in hospital.
Before the shootout, Vinogradov posted a manifesto on his social netwrok page. The manifesto details Vinogradov’s disgust with human society. He explores the parallels between humanity and cancer cells, explaining that both destroy everything in their paths, the path of the former being the planet.
