MOSCOW, May 17 (RAPSI, Maria Petrova) - Supreme Court Chairman Vyacheslav Lebedev earned 6.2 million rubles (around $197,330) in 2012, or 100,000 rubles ($3,180) more than the year before, the court said on its website on Friday.
Lebedev also owns a 4,000 square meter parcel of land and a 583 square meter countryside house, as well as half of a 231 square meter flat in the city. No vehicles are registered in his name.
According to the income declarations of the court's top management published on its website, First Deputy Chairman Pyotr Serkov's income was 5.4 million rubles ($171,865); Deputy Chairman Vasily Nechayev's 4.8 million rubles ($152,770); Deputy Chairman Vladimir Solovyov's 5.7 million rubles ($181,415); Deputy Chairman Anatoly Tolkachenko's income was 4.9 million rubles ($155,952); and Deputy Chairman Vladimir Khomchik earned 5.3 million rubles ($168,680).
Serkov owns one-third of a 169 square meter flat and is also a parity owner in a 147 meter flat together with his wife.
Solovyov does not own a flat.
Khomchik said his Toyota Camry was stolen in 2007 and that he owns a VAZ-21063 sedan.
In 2009 the president signed a package of anti-corruption laws determining the circle of officials and members of their families that are required to file income tax returns. In 2010, the first lot of data was published on personal income and the income of family members of government employees. This included officials of the presidential administration, members of the government, members of the parliament, judges, law enforcement officials, and the military.
