MOSCOW, April 25 (RAPSI) – Moscow Government has filed with the Moscow Commercial Court a lawsuit seeking $8.4 million from construction company Inteco, according to court records.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for June 2. The Moscow Department for Economic Policy and Development is listed as the third party in this case.

RAPSI has not yet obtained the sides' comments.

Inteco has constructed over 50 buildings with a total area of more than 1.6 million square meters including integrated development projects and complex facilities of various profiles.
