MOSCOW, April 25 (RAPSI) – Sberbank of Russia has filed with the Crimean Commercial Court bankruptcy claims against four Simferopol energy companies, according to court records.

The bankruptcy application will be considered on April 26. “Delta Solar”, “Omao Solar”, “Osprey Solar” and “Oul Solar” are named among defendants in the claim.

Earlier, the Depositor Protection Fund, an Autonomous Non-profit Organization, has filed bankruptcy petitions against twelve Crimean energy companies. However, in February, the court returned the case to the plaintiffs.
