ST. PETERSBURG, April 28 (RAPSI, Mikhail Telekhov) – A police department in St. Petersburg has launched a criminal case against 17-years old teenager who falsely reported that the Kolpinsky District Court was mined, RAPSI learned on Thursday.
According to investigators, on April 27 unknown criminal called to police department around 12 pm and said that the courthouse on the Culture Street was mined.
This report resulted in evacuation of people from the courthouse and subsequent searches of explosives.
On the next day police officers of the Kolpinsky police department found and arrested a 17-years old teenager who is not studying or working anywhere. According to his testimony, he falsely reported about the mining to halt the trial of his acquaintance who is charged with fraud.
Hearings in that case were postponed to the next day.
