MOSCOW, June 6 (RAPSI) – A court in the Kemerovo Region has found a 20-year old student guilty of rehabilitating Nazism and sentenced him to 300 hours of compulsory community service, RIA Novosti reported on Monday citing the regional prosecutor’s office.

According to prosecution, the young man posted texts containing denial of facts established by International Military Tribunal on his VKontakte social network’s page in November 2014 and June 2015.

The student denied the criminal essence of National Socialism and whitewashed crimes committed by Nazi leaders.

Publications were available to unlimited range of persons on the Internet, the statement reads.
