MOSCOW, April 3 (RAPSI, Oleg Sivozhelezov) – The Moscow City Court has found Estonia’s resident Arsen Mardaleyshvili guilty of espionage and sentenced him to eleven years in high security penal colony, RAPSI learnt from the court’s press-service on Monday.

The case, marked as “top secret”, was heard behind closed doors.

According to information available to the court, the convict is a person without citizenship who holds status of “Estonia’s non-citizen”.
