MOSCOW, October 3 (RAPSI, Yevgeniya Sokolova) – Investigators have overturned a decision to open a criminal case against Russian pensioner Lyubov Kuzayeva on suspicion of rehabilitation of Nazism, her attorney Timur Miftakhutdinov told RAPSI on Tuesday.
According to the lawyer, the suspect received a written notice concerning the decision. Details remain unknown, Miftakhutdinov added.
The woman was suspected of incitement of ethnic hatred and rehabilitation of Nazism. In 2016, Kuzayeva allegedly published a relevant video on VKontakte social network. She was added to the extremist blacklist; her pension account was blocked.
Kuzayeva has pleaded not guilty.
