MOSCOW, November 23 (RAPSI, Yulia Glozman) – An alleged murderer of the three-time kickboxing world champion Innokenty Makerov has been arrested in Russia’s Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Investigative Committee’s press service reports Thursday.
Murder charges have been brought against the arrested man.
Makarov went missing on November 5. Later, his corpse showing signs of violent death was discovered in a forest, according to investigators. A person, who helped to hide the body, has been identified as well. A criminal case over misprision of crime has been opened against the man.
