MOSCOW, December 6 (RAPSI) – The West Siberian transport investigators have opened a criminal case against CEO of KrasAvia passenger airline based in Krasnoyarsk on suspicion of taking bribes, the Investigative Committee’s press service reports Wednesday.
Investigators claim that the suspect received a bribe from a businessman, whose firm was engaged in equipment delivery for the air carrier, for favoring the company when concluding new contracts. He allegedly demanded 10% of the supply contract price.
Reportedly, the arrested man is KrasAvia Director General Valery Mordan.
