MOSCOW, December 28 (RAPSI) – The Moscow Commercial Court has granted a request of Russia’s Defense Ministry seeking to recover 4.96 billion rubles (about $86.2 million) from RTI company controlled by AFK Sistema corporation, the database of arbitration cases reads.

The ruling was made behind closed doors.

The ministry asked to recover a fine to be collected in relation to a RTI contract signed in June 2014. According to the official website of the company, it develops and produces advanced goods, as well as implements infrastructure projects involving its own microelectronic technologies. RTI’s main activity is related to the manufacture of ground-based information tools for strategic systems of Russian air-space forces.
