MOSCOW, May 3 (RAPSI) – The Moscow City Court has upheld a house arrest for head of Legion Finance company, ex-shareholder of Rosgosstrakh bank Nadezhda Klepalskaya in embezzlement case, the press-service of the court has stated.

According to ruling of the Lefortovsky District Court of Moscow, Klepalskaya will stay under house arrest until June 16. She is charged with embezzlement committed by an organized group or on especially large scale.

Earlier, media reported that house arrest of the entrepreneur is related to criminal case against former vice-president of Rosgosstrakh Group Sergey Khachaturov, also charged with this crime.
