MOSCOW, August 2 (RAPSI) – Ex-CEO of Urban Group development company Andrey Puchkov has been put on the international wanted list and arrested in absentia as part of a case over abuse of office, the spokesperson of Moscow’s Savelovsky District Court Maria Mikhailova has told RAPSI.

The court has received an appeal against Puchkov’s arrest warrant. The hearing date has not been set yet, according to the court’s representative.

Earlier, the Moscow City Court overturned a ruling on illegality of searches at a housekeeping area owned by Puchkov in the Moscow region and ordered reconsideration of the matter.

In July, the Moscow Region Commercial Court declared five companies affiliated to Urban Group bankrupt upon the applications filed by the Fund of defense of rights of citizens, shared construction participants.
