MOSCOW, November 15 (RAPSI) – The Moscow City Court on Thursday dismissed an appeal against detention of a schoolboy suspected of manufacturing an improvised bomb, the court’s press service told RAPSI.
Earlier, Moscow’s Presnensky District Court detained the underage until December 2, although both the defense and prosecutors moved against such a decision.
The teen of fourteen was arrested on November 2. An improvised bomb was found during a search in his place of residence.
A criminal case was opened over illegal purchase, sale, storage or transportation of explosive substances and illegal manufacture of improvised explosive devices.
Disclosure of the minor suspect’s name is prohibited by law.
