MOSCOW, January 17 (RAPSI) – Businessman Oleg Deripaska has filed a lawsuit seeking one million rubles ($15,000) in compensation for moral harm from the leader of Russia's Communist Party Gennady Zyuganov, RAPSI has learnt in the press service of Moscow’s Tverskoy District Court.

The court has already registered the tycoon’s claim.

According to media reports, Deripaska demands compensation for disparaging remarks about the businessman’s activity allegedly issued by Zyuganov during the State Duma plenary session on January 9.
