MOSCOW, March 28 (RAPSI) – The Commercial Court of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area will consider one the of four bankruptcy petitions filed against UTair airline on April 17, according to court records.

The court will start with the application lodged by the Financial Company Flash Light Capital.

Three other claims filed by Hydropromenergostroy, Inter, Yugan-Union card companies seeking bankruptcy of the air carrier are pending in the court.

According to the managing director of Raiffeisen Bank Dmitry Sredin, UTair is expected to complete its continuing debt restructuring by the mid-2019.

The airline reports that it is in a regular dialogue with creditor banks.

UTair is ranked among Top 5 of Russian air carriers.
