MOSCOW, April 30 (RAPSI) – The Moscow Presnensky District Court had ordered a city theater to stop performances for 90 days, Alexey Chernikov, the court’s press secretary, told RAPSI on Tuesday.
According to Chernikov, the theater U Nikitskikh Vorot was found guilty of an administrative offence as it had failed to timely comply with the demands of an oversight agency.
The court ruling says the theater has repeatedly failed to comply with a lawful order to correct the deficiencies relating to mandatory fire safety rules.
