MOSCOW, July 15 (RAPSI) – Alleged crime lord Oleg Shishkanov has been arrested on suspicion of killing a Moscow Region lawmaker, the Investigative Committee’s press service reports.

The so-called thief in law has been arrested near Moscow, according to the statement.

Investigators believe that the arrested man was involved in kidnapping and killing the lawmaker of the Moscow Region’s Ramensky district Tatiana Sidorova and members of her family in 2012. He may be also involved in other crimes, the Investigative Committee stated.
