MOSCOW, September 18 (RAPSI) – A criminal has been opened over assault on the boundary officers of the Federal Security Service’s (FSB) Primorsky Krai Directorate allegedly committed by North Korea’s poachers, the Investigative Committee’s press service reports.
The poachers are suspected of infringement on life of law enforcement officials.
Investigators believe that on September 17 FSB officers found a North Korean fisherman poaching in the water area of the Sea of Japan.
