MOSCOW, September 18 (RAPSI) – A court in Russia’s Republic of Mordovia has sentenced a former prosecutor assistant to 6 years in custody for receiving a bribe, RAPSI has learnt from the Investigative Committee’s press service.
Additionally, he has been fined 3 million rubles ($46,500).
According to case papers, on October 4, 2018, he received 1.5 million rubles as a bribe for release of one of convicts. He was arrested while taking the money.
