MOSCOW, January 17 (RAPSI) – A head of the Interior Ministry’s Komi Republic Directorate has been arrested on suspicion of receiving a bribe on a major scale, according to the Investigative Committee’s press service.

A court is to choose a restrictive measure against him soon. Investigation into the case is ongoing.

Starting May 2015, the Komi Interior Ministry has been headed by police Major General Victor Polovnikov.
