MOSCOW, January 30 (RAPSI) – Russian investigators have petitioned to arrest businessman Boris Mints and two his sons in absentia, according to the information published on the website of Moscow’s Basmanny District Court.

The motion will be heard on January 31.

Boris Mints and his sons Dmitry and Alexander are charged with large-scale embezzlement. They are put on a wanted list.

According to RAPSI sources, the businessman resides in Great Britain while his sons live in Europe.

Boris Mints is a founder of O1 Group company. His fortune has been estimated at more than $1 billion.
