MOSCOW, February 4 (RAPSI) – Violations of legislation on execution proceedings in the court bailiffs’ activity resulted in the initiation of 234 criminal cases in 2019, according to a report published on the website of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

According to prosecutors, over 141,000 violations of law were revealed in this field last year. In order to rectify the wrongdoings, 10,100 remedial action orders were instituted; and 3,400 individuals were brough to disciplinary liability.

The results of prosecutors’ supervisory activities show that the amount of bailiffs’ execution proceedings law breaches is considerable, the statement reads.
