MOSCOW, June 8 (RAPSI) - A criminal case was opened after shooting from an apartment window in southwest Moscow on Sunday and resistance to the police, RAPSI learnt in the Investigative Committee’s press service on Monday.
The probe was launched over attempted murder, hooliganism and infringement on the law enforcement officer’s life. The suspect died in a hospital, according to the statement.
Investigators claim that on the evening of June 7, a man shot up pedestrians from his flat’s window in southwest Moscow. Two persons were injured. During the arrest, he resisted to the law enforcement officeers shooting them up; and they had to engage a weapon, the Investigative Committee’s statement reads.
During searches, smart drugs and empty strong spirits bottles were found in the suspect’s apartment.
