MOSCOW, June 15 (RAPSI) – In the city of Volgograd a court detained a teenager after improvised explosive devices and 18 ready for use bottles filled with flame liquids (Molotov Coctails) had been found in his flat, the press service of Russia’s Investigative Committee informs on Monday.

The minor stands charged with illegal manufacturing of explosives and explosive devices, as well as preparation of murder of two and more persons by a generally dangerous method, the statement reads.

The case materials demonstrate that explosives found in the course of the search of the teenager’s flat, according to him, were to be used “just for fun” at waste or abandoned places across the city.

Nevertheless, investigators believe the minor targeted his educational establishment, where he intended to harm the employees, a schoolmate he quarreled with, and some other persons.
