ST. PETERSBURG, July 6 (RAPSI, Mikhail Telekhov) – Organizer of a night barbeque on the eternal flame near the Naval Cathedral in Russia’s port city Kronstadt has received 2 years of restriction of liberty, the United press service of St. Petersburg courts has told RAPSI.
The man has been found guilty of with desecration of grave by a group of people in conspiracy. Сriminal proceedings against his two accomplices, Anna Kukhareva and Svetlana Dremina has been dismissed. A court has fined them 15,000 rubles ($200) each.
According to case papers, Polikarpov, Kukhareva and Dremina desecrated the monument in Kronstadt making barbeque on the eternal flame on the night of May 24 to 25.
