MOSCOW, July 30 (RAPSI) – Moscow’s Basmanny District Court on Thursday extended house arrest of the leader of the movement For New Socialism Nikolay Platoshkin for another 3 months as part of a case over aiding and abetting mass riots and distribution of misleading information, the court’s spokesperson Irina Morozova told RAPSI.
He will remain under house arrest until November 2.
Platoshkin is a Russian diplomat, political analyst and historian, head of diplomacy and international affairs department of the Moscow Humanitarian University, leader of the movement For New Socialism.
