MOSCOW, August 28 (RAPSI) – Investigators have lodged a motion demanding detention for ex-CEO of Russia's largest space company Energia Vladimir Solntsev in a case over large-scale embezzlement, RAPSI has learnt in the press service of Moscow’s Babushkinsky District Court.
Moreover, investigators seek to place CEO of the Research and production corporation "Istok" Alexander Borisov also charged with embezzlement in detention.
Reportedly, the defendants are involved in stealing 1 billion rubles (about $13.5 million) during the supplies of electronic and component bases for a science power module of the International Space Station.
