MOSCOW, October 6 (RAPSI) – The Federal Security Service’s (FSB) officers have arrested Russia’s military serviceman and his brother permanently residing in Estonia on suspicion of collecting top-secret information and its transfer to the Estonian intelligence agencies.
The both men have been placed in detention, the FSB press service reports.
They are suspected of treason.
