MOSCOW, October 14 (RAPSI) – Investigation into a former Moscow magistrate judge charged with robbery has been completed, the Investigative Committee’s press service reports.
According to investigators, on the evening of July 17, 2018, an organized group of 10 people including then magistrage judge of the Zhukovsky judicial district near Moscow outlining roles robbed a cottage in one of the villages in the Novomoskovsky Administrative Okrug, used forve against an owner of the house and his relatives and stole property and money worth over 5 million rubles (about $65,000).
Earlier, four members of the organized group were sentenced to long prison terms; four others were put on the federal and international wanted lists. Prosecution of one more defendant was dropped because of his death.
