MOSCOW, November 16 (RAPSI) – A criminal case was opened on Monday after five patients died in a private health care facility in western Moscow, the Investigative Committee’s press service reports.
According to investigators, the private clinic provided substandard medical services that resulted in the death of five patients and infliction of moderately severe harm to the health of one more woman. Investigators also found that the organization had no license for services given to three patients.
The case is opened over rendering of substandard services resulted in the death by negligence of two and more people.
