ST. PETERSBURG, December 14 (RAPSI, Mikhail Telekhov) – A court in St. Petersburg upon a motion of a First Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia has forfeited property worth 17.5 million rubles ($240,000) belonging to ex-chief of the Prikamye Federal Highway Administration (Kama Region) Sergey Tsarkov and his former wife Anna, the United press service of St. Petersburg courts has told RAPSI.
The seized property items in particular include unaccomplished building with an area of 500 square meters, a land plot with an area of 2,600 square meters in the Leningrad Region owned by Anna Tsarkova. These assets were not mentioned in a submitted income and property declaration.
The court found that the defendants’ expenses between 2014 and 2017 exceeded their official incomings in this period by nearly 29 million rubles ($400,000), the statement reads.
