MOSCOW, January 26 (RAPSI) – Two alleged participants of an unauthorized rally held in Moscow on January 23 were arrested as part of a case over assault on law enforcement officers, the Investigative Committee’s press service reports.

Charges will be brought against them soon, the statement reads.

According to investigators, on January 23, one of the arrested men taking part in the illegal walkout beat a police officer several times. Another man driving his car hit a police officer in central Moscow.
