MOSCOW, February 4 (RAPSI) – The Moscow Presnensky District Court ruled to detain participant of the unauthorized action in the capital Pavel Green-Romanov, who had used pepper spray against a National Guard officer on January 31, the court’s press service informs RAPSI on Thursday.

Earlier, the defendant pleaded guilty.

The man is to stay in detention until April 2, 2021.
