MOSCOW, April 26 (RAPSI) – The Moscow City Court on Monday suspended activities of the foundation established by Alexey Navalny, which had been declared a foreign agent, and the organization’s seats until a prosecutor’s lawsuit seeking to declare them extremists is resolved, lawyer Ivan Pavlov told RAPSI.

The hearing on the prosecutor’s claim will continue on April 29.

According to prosecutors, their check revealed that Navalny’s organizations were engaged in destabilization of social and political situation.
