MOSCOW, May 27 (RAPSI) – Moscow’s Presnensky District Court will proceed with Alexey Navalny’s defamation claim against the President’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov on June 15, the court’s press service told RAPSI.

Earlier, the lawsuit was returned to the claimant because of errors committed during the drawing up of the documents.

Navalny seeks to declare certain statements by Peskov about situation with the plaintiff’s illness untrue and defaming. He also demands refutation of the statements on the official Kremlin website. There are no monetary claims, a court representative noted.
