MOSCOW, June 28 (RAPSI) – Investigation into a case against a man who had hit a minor by electric scooter in St. Petersburg was completed, the Investigative Committee’s press service told RAPSI on Monday.

According to investigators, on June 1, the accused moving by his personal electric scooter hit by negligence a minor born 2016 in a St. Petersburg park inflicting bodily harm to the child. The defendant pled guilty and is currently providing redress for the victim, the statement reads.

The scooter’s owner stands charged with causing harm which endangers life or causes the victim severe bodily harm by negligence.
